Enjoy morning walks on the beach with an amazing view of the sunrise. Just steps from the beach and pool, this is a great family property to meet everyone’s needs. Enjoy a cup of coffee from the deck while looking at the Atlantic. The condo is located at the family friendly west end of the island.
The unit is conveniently located on the beach side of the road. Just follow the path and within a few minutes your family will be at the beach and enjoying you vacation. The condo is close enough to come back for a break in the sun or grabbing a snack/drink.
This location is perfect, no matter if you need a family vacation or a remote work/school get away. There is something for everyone to meet your needs.
From the master bedroom, you can often hear the waves, comforting you to sleep. The master bedroom has a spacious king size bed, while the 2 other bedrooms have a queen size bed and Trapeze Bunk(twin size bed on the top and full size on the bottom). All of the rooms have plenty of space for all of your belongings. Sheets and towels are not provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for seaside meals. Plenty of seating for your group, at the table or kitchen bar. The light and bright décor offers a relaxing place to enjoy your get away. If grilling is more your style, the property has 2 charcoal grills available for your cooking needs.
The large community pool is great for sunbathing or an afternoon nap in the lounge chairs. Kids and adults will both enjoy their time together here. The wide sandy beaches are perfect for those who love swimming, surfing, shelling, and/or basking in the Carolina sun. Just steps away is the outdoor shower to wash off the sand before you head back in for a refreshing drink or break from the sun. Or walk next door to Tipsy Turtle Tiki Bar for a cocktail or a bite for lunch.
On rainy days (which are always better at the beach) you can bring the family together in the living room to enjoy your favorite programs on one of the 4 Smart TV's, play cards, puzzles or board games. Naps are also allowed (even encouraged) during your stay. There is plenty of space for your group. Evenings can be spent together in the cozy living room or out on the 2 covered decks.
Just a short walk way, you can find a view of the sunset, in a semi-private location. Wildlife can often time be seen flying around or jumping out of the water. Additional amenities include: Blu-ray, washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fiber-optic high-speed wireless internet and cable TV, outside showers and community grills.
Many local restaurants, shopping and activities available in the area. The Pier offers fishing and arcades. At the circle you will find the local mini-course and ice cream at the local creamery. The Coastal Museum in great for rainy days. Local coffee shop and wine bar are also available on the island. There is a new City Park on the island and splash pad for the kids.
NO Pets. Age requirement of 25+ years to reserve. Must provide ID upon request. NO smoking inside or outside the condo. Golf carts are not allowed at the condo complex. NO boats or trailers permitted on the property during Summer Prime Season.
Outdoor security cameras have recently been installed for peace of mind.
